UM ARMY
United Methodist Action Reach-Out Mission By Youth
A "Faith Based" mission effort in Beeville helping Beeville/Bee County residents.

July 8-12, 2002 The youth UM ARMY volunteers will assist many Beeville/Bee County residents in home repairs. The youth, themselves, provide the labor and all of the materials for the repairs.  115 people will be helping about 50 people in Bee County...

DONATIONS NEEDED:  Contact First United Methodist Church 361-358-3350 regarding all donations.

Types of assistant needed:

  • bilingual translators

  • meals/food items

  • material

  • monetary donations

Any individual, organization, or business donation to provide materials will be MATCHED BY MCCOYS.

Schedule July 8-12, 2002
  Daily 8-4:30 - Work on residences
  Evenings:
     Monday - Bowling evening out
     Tuesday - DHS Picnic at Mount Olivar
     Wednesday - Pool Party at the city pool
     Thursday - Live Street Concert by Brown on Cleveland Street by FUMC
