Mrs. Sylvia Del Bosque Arevalo, Age 53, a former resident of Beeville, Texas was called upon our Lord on June 9, 2004. Sylvia graduated from A.C. Jones High School and attended Bee Co. College. Sylvia retired from Southwestern Bell Telephone co. after 31 years of service; she was a devoted Dallas Cowboy fan and enjoyed watching every Cowboy game. She was also very active in volunteering for Special Olympics, operation “Pain Brush”, and with many other charities. Survivor include her husband, Fidel Areval of Corpus Christi, Texas her mother; Irma Moreno Del Bosque of Beeville, Texas one sister; Rosie Del Bosque Courts of Corpus Christi, Texas; two nieces, Connie Del Bosque and Jeneva Ochoa, one nephew; Reno Del Bosque all of Corpus Christi, Texas; several aunts, uncles nieces and nephews. Sylvia was preceded in death by her father, Ricardo Del Bosque Sr. and her brother; Ricardo Del Bosque Jr. A rosary was recited on June 11, 2004 at 7:00 p.m. at Trevino Funeral Home. Funeral Mass was held on Sat. June 12, 2004 at Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church at 2:00 p.m. and burial was followed at Beeville Memorial Park
