Mrs. Sarah D. Gonzales, age 85 passed away on October 8, 2005 at her residence in Beeville .

Mrs. Gonzales was born on November 3, 1919 in the Clareville Community to the late Genaro and Nicolasa Alvarez Delgado.

Survivors include two daughters; Viola (Gregorio) Moreno of Beeville and Patricia (Gilbert) Perez of Refugio; two sons Gilbert Gonzales Jr., and Rene (Norma) Gonzales both of Beeville; three sisters Mary Salazar of Victoria, Esther Delgado of Chicago, Illinois and Elvira Reyes of Lansing, Michigan, thirteen grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Mrs. Gonzales was preceded in death by her husband, Gilbert Gonzales Sr. on December 3, 1981

A rosary will be recited at 7:00p.m. Wednesday at Trevino Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 2:00p.m. Thursday at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Rev. Pete Elizondo Officiating. Burial will follow in the St. Joseph Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Bart Perez, Christobal and Joshua Gonzales, Charles Martinez and Michael Cantu
