Goliad, Texas - Beeville, Texas

Mrs. Rosa Ayala Garcia, age 81 was called upon our Precious Lord on March 23, 2004. 

Rosa was born in Goliad, TX. On July 30, 1922 to the late Juan Ayala and Herlinda Villarreal.  She enjoyed spending quality time with her loving and caring family, playing bingo, cooking and especially watching her novelas and taking special care of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. 

Rosa was preceded in death by her husband Alfredo Garcia; two brothers; Juan Ayala and Severanio (Cheve) Ayala; one sister Inocencia Guzman; one granddaughter Veronica Ramsden;  

She is survived by two sons; Alfredo (Paula) Garcia of Beeville, TX. And Luvin (Lillie) Garcia of Houston, TX.  Four daughters; Alma Presa, Cindy (Maurice) Govella, Linda (Noe) Moreno and Janey Ong all of Beeville, TX. Ten Grandchildren and 14 Great-grandchildren. 

Rosary will be recited on Wednesday, March 24, 2004 at 7:00 p.m. at Trevino Funeral Home Chapel.  Mass of Resurrection will be held at 10:30 a.m. at Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church on Thursday, March 25, 2004 with Rev. Richard Gonzales officiating.  Burial will follow at Our Lady of Victory Cemetery # 2.  Pallbearers will be Robert Garcia, Alfredo L. Garcia, Gerard Moreno, Bobby Alaniz II, Albert L. Moreno and Mae-Li Ong

 Mom's smiles can brighten any moment,
Mom's hugs put joy in all our days,
Mom's love will stay with us forever
and touch our lives in precious ways...
The values you've taught,
the care you've given,
and the wonderful love you've shown,
have enriched our lives
in more ways than we can count.
