Mary Helen Martinez Posada Flores was called upon our most precious Lord on January 26, 2005.

She was a devoted catholic and a licensed vocational nurse for the Texas Department of Health and Formerly with Beeville Memorial Hospital. 

Survivors include her husband; Jose, two daughters; Maria Elena Galvan of Beeville and Sonia Flores of Corpus Christi; two sons; Jesus Flores of Corpus Christi and David Flores of Beeville, Texas; her mother Paula Martinez Posada of Beeville, Texas; four sisters; Susie Gomez (Arnulfo), Janie Molina (Jose) and Norma Posada, all of Beeville, Texas and Rosa Linda Gutierrez (Arturo) of Omaha, Neb; seven brothers; Jerry (Josie C.), John David, (Lydia) Frank (Janie), Ruben (Velma), Jaime (Jackie) and Joe Posada (Josie L.);  all of Beeville, Texas and Paul Posada (Irene) of McKinney, Texas; and two grandchildren Alexandria and Nicholas both of Beeville, Texas.

Rosary was held on Friday, January 28, 2005 at Trevino Funeral Home Chapel at 7:00 p.m.  Funeral Mass was celebrated on Saturday, January 29, 2005 at St. James Catholic Church and burial was followed at Our Lady of Victory Cemetery # 2.

Come With Me Mary Posada Flores 1952-2005 The Lord saw you getting tired And a cure was not to be. So He put his arms around you And whispered, "Come with me." With tearful eyes, we watched you suffer And saw you fade away. Although we love you dearly, We could not make you stay. A golden heart stopped beating, A beautiful smile at rest, God broke our hearts to prove He only takes the best. It's lonesome here without you We miss you so each day, Our lives aren't the same Since you went away. When days are sad and lonely, And everything goes wrong, We seem to hear you whisper, "Cheer up and carry on."
