Cheryl Lynn Cantu, age 54 was called upon our most Precious Lord on May 3, 2005 at a hospital in Biloxi, MS. Cheryl was born in Chicago, IL on March 28, 1951 to the late Arlene Wolfe. Cheryl was a registered nurse.

She is survived by her husband Christopher L. Cantu of Biloxi, MS; her in-laws Pete G. and Lonnie Cantu of Beeville, TX; one daughter Lindsay Studnicka; one son Donald Studnicka; one sister Kate Mindak of Chicago, Il ;two brothers Thomas Jr. and Scott Whennen of Chicago, Il; and one sister in-law Cindy Cantu.

Rosary will be recited on Friday May 6, 2005 at 8:00p.m. at Trevino Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday May 7. 2005 at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Father Eddie Garcia burial will follow at Our Lady of Victory Cemetery # 2.

Pallbearers will be Edward Garza, Ernest Garza, Randy Gray, Tom Whennen, Scott Whennen, and Rev. Carl Pickett

Honorary Pallbearers will be Pete Cantu, Matthew Alvarez II, Mark and Jeanne Pricer, Euleterio “Terry” & Lupita Lopez.
