Baldemar Medina
January 23, 1935 - April 6, 2003
 Beeville, Texas

Mr. Baldemar Medina was taken by Angels into the Arms of Our Lord on Sunday, April 6, 2003 at the age of 68. 

Baldemar was preceded in death by his parents Delfino Medina, Sr. and Petra Gomez and his sister Amelia Garcia.  Baldemar was employed with Zimmer’s Floral &Nursery for 27 years and also worked for Schultz & Wroten Pharmacy.  He enjoyed spending quality time with his wife, children and his precious grandchildren and his great grandchildren,  always enjoying life to it’s fullest.  Baldemar and his wife of 37 years enjoyed dancing and having breakfast with each other.  They were always together enjoying each others company. 

He is survived by his loving wife Margarita Medina of Beeville, Texas; one son; Randy (June) Medina of Austin, Texas; four daughters; Mary (Roy) Casarez of Beeville, Texas, Janie Medina and Helen Aguilar both of Houston, Texas, Carrie Felmley of San Antonio, Texas, Gloria (Ruben) Negrete of Fresno,Calif.; three brothers; Juan Medina of California, Delfino Medina Jr. of Beeville, Texas and Cornelio Medina of Houston, Texas; three sisters; Ramona Lara of Beeville, Texas, Estella Martinez and Jesusa Perez both of California; 15 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.

Rosary was held on Tuesday, April 8, 2002 at 7:00 p.m. at Trevino Funeral Home Chapel.  Mass of Resurrection was held on Wednesday, April 9, 2003 at 10:00 a. m. at Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church with Rev. Richard Gonzales officiating.  Burial was followed at the Beeville Memorial Park.  Pallbearers were Gilbert Lara, Frank Rivera, Carlos Gonzales, Juan Gaona, Richard Guajardo and Cornelio Medina.

Dad we just want you to know you mean the world to us, only a heart as dear as yours would give so unselfishly.  The many things you’ve done, all the times that you were there, helps us to know deep inside how much you really care.  Even though we might not say, we appreciate all you have done for us, Richly blessed is how we feel having a father just like you. “We Love you Dad.
